Influence de la personnalisation de l'offre sur la fidélité des clients des débits de boissons au Bénin : Analyse de l'effet de la satisfaction

Abstract

Cette recherche s’appuie sur les théories du marketing relationnel pour étudier l’effet médiateur (partiel ou total) de la satisfaction dans la relation entre la personnalisation de l’offre et la fidélité des clients des débits de boissons au Bénin. Elle indique que la personnalisation constitue un levier déterminant de la satisfaction client, contribuant ainsi à renforcer la fidélité. L’étude est conduite auprès de 356 clients à partir d’un questionnaire structuré. Elle mobilise la modélisation par équations structurelles pour analyser les relations entre les variables. La médiation est testée à l’aide du macro PROCESS de Hayes, sous SPSS. Les résultats montrent que la personnalisation de l’offre influence positivement la fidélité, à la fois directement et indirectement via la satisfaction, avec effet médiateur partiel. Ces résultats soulignent l’importance de la stratégie de personnalisation de l’offre orientée vers l’accroissement de la satisfaction afin de favoriser une fidélité durable dans un contexte concurrentiel comme celui des débits de boissons.
