Abstract

Este manual desarrolla un enfoque estratégico, técnico y criminológico sobre las interferencias GNSS en operaciones logísticas, con especial atención a los fenómenos de jamming y spoofing, sus efectos sobre la trazabilidad y la continuidad operativa, y las capacidades necesarias para detectar, responder y recuperarse ante estos eventos. A lo largo de sus partes, explica de manera clara y estructurada los fundamentos del posicionamiento satelital, la vulnerabilidad de la señal, la taxonomía de amenazas, los indicadores de interferencia, la correlación multisensor, la inteligencia geoespacial, la gestión de falsos positivos, la resiliencia operacional y la preservación de evidencia digital.El manual está dirigido a centros de monitoreo, seguridad corporativa, operaciones logísticas, gestión de riesgos, inteligencia y liderazgo operativo. Su propósito es fortalecer la comprensión del riesgo y promover un modelo de respuesta basado en evidencia, validación contextual y toma de decisiones informada. También integra una perspectiva de criminología aplicada, analizando el uso de tecnologías de interferencia como facilitadores de robo al transporte, ocultamiento operativo y manipulación de trazabilidad.Este documento busca aportar una base sólida para la prevención, detección y respuesta ante amenazas que afectan la visibilidad y confiabilidad de la operación logística moderna, contribuyendo al desarrollo de organizaciones más resilientes, inteligentes y preparadas frente a escenarios de incertidumbre tecnológica y criminal.
