Abstract

 Мазкур мақолада оналик ва болаликни давлат томонидан муҳофаза қилишнинг ҳуқуқий, ижтимоий ва маънавий асослари таҳлил қилинган. Шунингдек, Ўзбекистонда оила, она ва бола манфаатларини ҳимоя қилишга қаратилган давлат сиёсати, қабул қилинган қонунлар ҳамда ижтимоий дастурларнинг аҳамияти ёритилган. Оналар саломатлигини муҳофаза қилиш, болаларнинг ҳуқуқ ва эркинликларини таъминлаш, уларнинг баркамол авлод сифатида вояга етиши учун яратилган шарт-шароитлар ҳақида фикр юритилган.
