Abstract

LFIS-36 develops the LFCT frame-scaling law from the current cadence-as-primitive axiom layer. Starting from the Light-Balance Reference Axiom (A1), the finite representability contract (A2), three-mode exhaustiveness (A3), and closure at the representability boundary (A4), the volume derives strong-field frame-scaling relations as structural consequences of cadence coherence rather than as independent geometric postulates. The central result is a cadence-based reading of relativistic and gravitational frame scaling in which proper-time variation, Schwarzschild behavior, horizon approach, and strong-field observational effects emerge as different observable faces of one underlying cadence-coherence structure. The volume replaces earlier lemma-tier presentations with direct theorem-tier axiom-walk articulations, absorbs prior discovery-note development into the LFIS infrastructure layer, and presents the framework in publication form. LFIS-36 serves as the bridge between the foundational cadence architecture developed in the Foundation Axioms, the Core trilogy, and the observational applications developed elsewhere in the LFCT corpus. The volume focuses on structural source identification rather than replacement of established relativistic phenomenology, preserving standard observational predictions while supplying a cadence-native interpretation of their origin.
