Finanzas corporativas: Libro de aprendizajes y evidencias

Abstract

Abstract: The Corporate Finance portfolio of evidence allowed for the assessment of applied financial learning, academic organization, and student reflection on personal and collaborative performance. A document analysis of 22 portfolios, totaling 148 pages, was conducted, considering self-assessment, professor evaluation, conclusions, evidence by sprint, and learning categories. The review was organized according to evaluative interpretation criteria, developed skills, areas for improvement, and the average self-assessment score. The findings show an overall average self-assessment score of 8.92/10. Learning was identified in financial planning, personal budgeting, financial analysis, saving, investment, financial literacy, use of Scrum, digital tools, critical thinking, collaborative work, and professional application. Gaps were also identified in the practical application of financial formulas, interpretation of results, team coordination, oral participation, and proficiency in Excel or financial calculators. The portfolio demonstrates that the course fostered the development of technical, methodological, and transversal skills. The sprint methodology allowed for the transformation of financial content into applied products, while instructor feedback strengthened continuous improvement. It is recommended to reinforce contextualized exercises, financial simulations, and the tracking of personal goals. Keywords: corporate finance; portfolio of evidence; financial education; SCRUM-Edu; learning assessment. JEL Codes: A22; G30; I23.
