How to make CLARIN visible beyond one-course level by communicating with university authorities

Abstract

This is a presentation given by Jurgita Vaičenonienė (Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas) at the CLARIN in University Curricula Workshop, held in Utrecht on 21–22 April 2026. This presentation describes a curriculum-wide approach to increase CLARIN visibility within the international joint-degree master's program Sociolinguistics and Multilingualism by introducing core CLARIN principles in the first year, progressively developing practical skills in resource and tool (re)use, and leading to MA-level competencies in data management planning and resource deposition.
