Abstract

Ce guide en français propose une introduction pratique à l’intelligence artificielle générative, avec un accent particulier sur l’utilisation de modèles d’IA en local, directement sur son ordinateur. Il s’adresse aux personnes qui débutent et souhaitent comprendre les grandes notions du domaine sans entrer dans le code ni les mathématiques avancées. Le guide présente les principes de base de l’IA locale, le vocabulaire essentiel, le choix des modèles, les prompts, ainsi que l’installation et l’utilisation d’un logiciel comme Jan. L’objectif est d’aider les lecteurs à expérimenter concrètement, à mieux comprendre les outils d’IA actuels et à rester acteurs face à ces technologies. English summary This French-language guide provides a practical introduction to generative artificial intelligence, with a focus on running AI models locally on a personal computer. It is intended for beginners who want to understand the main concepts, vocabulary, and practical uses of local AI without going into programming or advanced mathematics.
