Abstract

A dokumentum az RMDSZ által benyújtott, a gyermeknevelési pótlék (gyerekpénz) és a közoktatási törvény módosítását célzó tervezetének első, az óvoda- és iskolaköteles gyermekek támogatását iskolai jelenléthez kötő rendelkezésével kapcsolatos szakmai, jogi és társadalmi aggályokat mutatja be. Documentul prezintă criticile profesionale, juridice și sociale legate de propunerea legislativă înaintată de UDMR, care vizează modificarea alocației de stat pentru copii și a legii educației, respectiv condiționarea acesteia de prezența la școală.
