Abstract

Mazkur maqolada tijorat banklarida jismoniy shaxslarga xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini oshirish masalalari ilmiy-amaliy jihatdan keng tahlil qilinadi. Hozirgi davrda bank xizmatlari bozori tobora raqobatbardosh tus olib, tijorat banklari faoliyatida mijozlar ehtiyojini chuqur o‘rganish, ularga qulay, tezkor, shaffof va xavfsiz xizmat ko‘rsatish muhim strategik vazifaga aylanmoqda. Ayniqsa, jismoniy shaxslar bank xizmatlaridan kundalik hayotida keng foydalanayotgani sababli omonatlar, plastik kartalar, iste’mol kreditlari, ipoteka kreditlari, pul o‘tkazmalari, mobil banking, internet-banking, kommunal va boshqa onlayn to‘lov xizmatlarining sifati banklar faoliyatining asosiy baholash mezonlaridan biri sifatida namoyon bo‘lmoqda.
