This study investigates the role of Saudi cultural diplomacy in advancing the Kingdom’s foreign policy by promoting national identity and highlighting the richness of Saudi culture to global audiences. It aims to assess the impact of cultural initiatives on shaping Saudi Arabia’s international image and strengthening its regional and global standing within the framework of Vision 2030. Employing a descriptive-analytical methodology, the study uses a questionnaire administered to an international sample of 398 participants to measure perceptions of the effectiveness of Saudi cultural diplomacy. Findings indicate a high level of agreement (90–96%) on the positive influence of cultural diplomacy in enhancing foreign policy, improving the Kingdom’s global image, and fostering international cooperation. The study concludes with practical recommendations to expand cultural events abroad, adopt immersive digital technologies, and reinforce global academic and cultural partnerships.
