Leptonic g-2 from Relator Phase-Clock Time Dilation — Without Perturbative-QED

Abstract

We present a finite-scope electromagnetic-sector Relator evaluation of charged-lepton $g\!-\!2$, using the normalized magnetic ratio $g_{\ell,2}\equiv g_\ell/2=1+a_\ell$. The anomalous contribution is not introduced as an independent Pauli coupling or as a perturbative-QED input. It is read as the magnetic image of a self-field-induced slowdown of an internal phase clock. The same-shell part is fixed by one universal scalar law $D_{\mathrm C}(x)$, $x=\alpha/\pi$, followed by an alpha-locked vector reconstruction; this branch is not re-solved for $e$, $\mu$, or $\tau$. Lepton-mass dependence is computed separately through family-shell Schur source-covariance slots $\mathcal A_i^{\rm mass}(x)$ and is then embedded by the same inverse radical clock map, so that on the positive branch $a_i^{\rm Rel}=a_{\rm uni}^{\rm Rel}+\mathcal A_i^{\rm mass}$, while the internal slowdown retains the radical cross terms. At the CODATA comparison point $\alpha_\ast^{-1}=137.035999177(21)$, the common universal branch gives $g_{\ell,2}^{\rm Rel,uni}=1.001159652175969754441$ for $\ell=e,\mu,\tau$ before mass insertion, equivalently $g_\ell^{\rm Rel,uni}=2.002319304351939508882$. Relative to the supplied-order pure-photonic benchmark $g_{2,\leq10}^{(\gamma)}=1.0011596521759711950$, the difference is $\Delta g_{\ell,2}=-1.44056\times10^{-15}$, or $-1.43889\times10^{-6}\,\mathrm{ppb}$. The declared finite evaluator also extracts ten coefficients in the $x$-series; the five rows with supplied same-scope pure-photonic QED benchmarks $A_1^{(2)}$ through $A_1^{(10)}$ have benchmark-normalized residuals $0$, $-2.15448\times10^{-4}$, $1.75553\times10^{-2}$, $-2.41799$, and $13.4810$ ppm. Declared mass-dependent sectors are evaluated for the charged-lepton branches, while undeclared higher kernels are left unfilled rather than benchmark-inverted. Perturbative-QED coefficients, experimental values, weak terms, and hadronic terms enter only as external comparators after the Relator evaluator has been declared. The resulting algebraic ten-coefficient evaluation is millisecond-scale on a laptop, in contrast with high-order perturbative-QED loop calculations.
