IMPORT QILINUVCHI YOG'OCH-KOMPOZIT PANEL MATERIALLARI MIKROSTRUKTURASI VA G'OVAKLILIK DARAJASINING QIYOSIY SEM TAHLILI

Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasi bozorida keng tarqalgan yog‘ochga asoslangan panel materiallar — yog‘och qirindili plitalar (DSP), laminatlangan yog‘och qirindili plitalar (LDSP), o‘rta zichlikdagi yog‘och tolali plitalar (MDF) va laminatlangan MDF (LMDF) namunalarining mikrostrukturasi qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda Rossiya, Eron va Yevropa Ittifoqi davlatlari ishlab chiqaruvchilaridan olingan yetti turdagi namuna skanerlovchi elektron mikroskopiya (SEM) usuli yordamida ×100 dan ×6000 gacha kattalashtirishlarda o‘rganildi va jami 95 ta mikrofotografiya tahlil qilindi. Mikrostrukturaviy parametrlar — qirindilar/tolalar joylashuvi tartibliligi, smola taqsimoti tekisligi, qirindi–smola chegarasi mustahkamligi, g‘ovaklik darajasi, yuza laminatsiya qatlami sifati va yog‘ochning anatomik tuzilishi saqlanganligi 5-balli shkalada baholanib, namunalarning umumiy sifat reytingi tuzildi. Olingan natijalarga ko‘ra eng yuqori ko‘rsatkichlar Yevropa LMDF va LDSP namunalariga (30/30 ball), eng past ko‘rsatkichlar Rossiya DSP namunasiga (6/30 ball) tegishli ekanligi aniqlandi. Aniqlangan farqlar ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasining zamonaviyligi, qo‘llanilayotgan smola tarkibi va xom ashyo sifati bilan bog‘liq. Olingan natijalar import qilinadigan panel materiallarni baholashda hamda mahalliy ishlab chiqarish uchun sifat me’yorlarini belgilashda asos bo‘lib xizmat qilishi mumkin.
