Low-Risk Synthetic Patient Level Pregnancy Trajectories

Abstract

This dataset is provided in tabular format and contains 5,000 synthetic patient records representing longitudinal low-risk pregnancy care trajectories. Each row in the main dataset corresponds to an individual record and includes variables capturing clinical information across the full continuum of pregnancy care, including preconception (if applicable), antenatal consultations, trimester-specific assessments, delivery outcomes, puerperium, and early postnatal follow-up. The dataset is structured in a wide format, where temporal information is encoded through variable naming conventions reflecting specific clinical timepoints (e.g., consultations and trimesters) within the entire pregnancy care path. The dataset includes a comprehensive set of 162 variables, structured across multiple contexts and healthcare stages.
