ПУТИ УЛУЧШЕНИЯ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ СКЛЕРОЗА ШЕЙКИ МОЧЕВОГО ПУЗЫРЯ ПОСЛЕ ТРАНСУРЕТРАЛЬНОЙ РЕЗЕКЦИИ

Abstract

Склероз шейки мочевого пузыря (СШМП) является одним из наиболее значимых поздних осложнений трансуретральной резекции простаты (ТУРП), приводящим к формированию инфравезикальной обструкции и существенному снижению качества жизни пациентов. Частота данного осложнения, по данным современных исследований, варьирует от 2 до 12% и зависит от множества факторов, включая особенности хирургической техники, объём резекции, термическое воздействие и индивидуальные характеристики пациента. Патогенез СШМП связан с развитием воспалительно-фиброзных процессов в области шейки мочевого пузыря, сопровождающихся избыточной пролиферацией соединительной ткани и нарушением регенерации уротелия. Несмотря на наличие различных хирургических методов лечения, проблема рецидивов остаётся актуальной, что обусловливает необходимость совершенствования существующих подходов.
