PENGGUNAAN MATRIKS DALAM PENYUSUNAN JADWAL DAN PENJADWALAN KEGIATAN SEHARI-HARI (Studi Kasus: Penjadwalan Kelompok Belajar)

Abstract

Penjadwalan kelompok belajar merupakan tantangan dalam pengelolaan waktu, terutama jika anggota memiliki keterbatasan waktu yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan jadwal pertemuan kelompok belajar menggunakan pendekatan matriks. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah representasi jadwal dalam bentuk matriks biner, di mana nilai 1 menunjukkan ketersediaan anggota, sedangkan nilai 0 menunjukkan ketidaksediaan. Analisis dilakukan dengan mencari slot waktu yang memungkinkan minimal empat dari lima anggota hadir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan matriks, dapat diperoleh jadwal optimal yang memaksimalkan kehadiran anggota. Pendekatan ini dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai skenario penjadwalan lainnya, termasuk jadwal kerja dan proyek kolaboratif.
