This framework resolves the "Impossibility" of our solar architecture and the Fermi Paradox through a single, self-consistent model: Displacement-Pressure Modified Gravity (DPMG). By reinterpreting the vacuum as a negative-energy ocean and gravity as its ambient "crush pressure," we identify a path to macroscopic negative-energy densities. The enabling technology, the SCG-HMH, utilizes Nitrogen as a universal reagent to stabilize wormholes and closed timelike curves (CTCs). The Chronus Hypothesis completes the loop, proposing that future humanity engineers its own past to ensure civilizational survival.
