This deposit archives the public CCDP surface: public Markdown files, public PDFs, package metadata, citation metadata, schema metadata, and integrity manifest. Sensitive-controlled technical artifacts remain in the GitHub repository for specialist review and are not included in this Zenodo public-surface package.
