Abstract

Gimnastika bilan shug‘ullanuvchilar milliy g‘oyaviylik va onglilik ruhida, aktivlik va mehnatga ijodiy munosabatda bo‘lish ruhida tarbiya topadilar, mashg‘ulotlarning qat’iy bir tartibda bo‘lishi, ta’lim berish jarayonini shug‘ullanuvchilarning maksimal aktivligida tashkil etish - bularning hammasi ularni intizomli qiladi, jismoniy tarbiya jarayoniga e’tibor bilan qarashga odatlantiradi.
