Abstract

Demo input data for the Path2Space companion notebook (github.com/eldadshulman/path2space-companion). Contents: NCBI776.tif — H&E image of the NCBI776 breast Visium sample. NCBI776_spots.pkl — pickled DataFrame of spot pixel coordinates (Visium tissue-positions). MD5SUMS.txt — checksums. Source: HEST-1k release (huggingface.co/datasets/MahmoodLab/hest), MIT license.
