Abstract

Maqolada ayollar bandligini oshirishning kambag‘allikni qisqartirishga ta’siri gender nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot Jahon banki, Xalqaro mehnat tashkiloti (XMT) hamda O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Statistika agentligi ma’lumotlari asosida olib borilgan. Natijalarga ko‘ra, O‘zbekistonda 2021-yilda ayollarning mehnat faolligi erkaklarnikidan 28 foiz punktiga ortda qoladi [1; 2]. Ayollar erkaklardan 34 foiz kam ish haqi oladi, bu jahon o‘rtacha ko‘rsatkichi (20%) dan ancha yuqori [2]. Jahon banki hisobkitoblariga ko‘ra, agar ayollar iqtisodiyotda erkaklar bilan teng ishtirok etsa, milliy daromad 29 foizga oshadi, ish haqi tengligi esa 700 000 dan ortiq odamni kambag‘allikdan chiqaradi [1; 3]. Tadqiqot ayollar bandligini oshirish kambag‘allikni qisqartirishning samarali strategiyasi ekanligini va aniq siyosiy chora-tadbirlar (ta’lim, bola parvarishi infratuzilmasi, mehnat huquqlari) zarurligini tasdiqlaydi.
