EKOLOGIK OMILLARNING GENETIK VA HUJAYRAVIY DARAJADAGI TA'SIRI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ekologik omillarning inson organizmiga, xususan genetik va hujayraviy darajadagi ta’siri kompleks tahlil qilinadi. So‘nggi yillarda atrof-muhitning ifloslanishi, sanoat chiqindilari, radiatsiya va kimyoviy moddalarning ko‘payishi inson salomatligiga sezilarli xavf tug‘dirmoqda. Ushbu omillar hujayra darajasida turli xil o‘zgarishlarni, jumladan DNK shikastlanishi, oksidlovchi stress va epigenetik modifikatsiyalarni keltirib chiqaradi. Maqolada ekologik stress omillarining gen ekspressiyasiga, hujayra sikliga va apoptoz jarayonlariga ta’siri ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, bu o‘zgarishlarning surunkali kasalliklar, jumladan onkologik va metabolik patologiyalar rivojlanishidagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. O‘zbekiston sharoitida ekologik muammolar, xususan havo ifloslanishi va suv resurslarining sifatiga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ekologik omillar genetik barqarorlikni buzuvchi muhim faktorlar bo‘lib, ular uzoq muddatda hujayra funksiyalarining izdan chiqishiga olib keladi. Shu bois, ekologik xavflarni kamaytirish va profilaktik choralarni kuchaytirish inson salomatligini saqlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
