Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim sifatini boshqarishning nazariy-metodologik asoslari tahlil qilingan. Ta’lim sifati tushunchasining ilmiy mazmuni, sifat menejmenti konsepsiyalari, kompetensiyaviy yondashuv va strategik boshqaruv mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, ta’lim sifatini monitoring qilish, ichki sifat kafolati tizimi hamda zamonaviy xalqaro standartlarning oliy ta’lim tizimidagi ahamiyati ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan.
