[OME2026] Poster: ome-zarr.js - a Small JavaScript Package for Rendering OME-Zarr Images in the Browser

Abstract

Abstract: If you want to view OME-Zarr images, but don't need WebGL-powered visualisation then ome-zarr.js may be useful. It's used by BioFile Finder, Fileglancer, OMERO.figure and OMEZarrTileSource for OpenSeadragon. Render thumbnails, planes or tiles and apply rendering settings or use defaults.
