Abstract

Внехромосомные факторы бактериальной наследственности играют важную роль в жизнедеятельности микроорганизмов и оказывают большое влияние на развитие современной медицины. К таким факторам относятся плазмиды, транспозоны, IS-элементы и умеренные бактериофаги. Они способны передавать генетическую информацию между бактериями, обеспечивая появление новых свойств, включая устойчивость к антибиотикам, повышение вирулентности и адаптацию к неблагоприятным условиям окружающей среды. Особое значение данные генетические элементы имеют в клинической микробиологии, так как именно они являются одной из основных причин распространения антибиотикорезистентности среди патогенных микроорганизмов. Плазмиды представляют собой автономные молекулы ДНК, способные самостоятельно реплицироваться внутри бактериальной клетки. Многие плазмиды содержат гены устойчивости к антибиотикам и токсинам, что делает бактерии более опасными для организма человека. Транспозоны и IS-элементы обладают способностью перемещаться внутри генома бактерии, вызывая мутации и перестройки генетического материала. Умеренные бактериофаги способны встраиваться в геном бактерии и изменять её биологические свойства.
