ОСТРЫЙ АППЕНДИЦИТ У ДЕТЕЙ: СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ВЗГЛЯД НА ПАТОГЕНЕЗ, ДИАГНОСТИКУ И ЛЕЧЕНИЕ

Abstract

Острый аппендицит остается одной из наиболее частых причин неотложных хирургических вмешательств в детском возрасте. Сложность диагностики, особенно у детей младших возрастных групп, обусловлена анатомо-физиологическими особенностями и атипичной клинической картиной. В статье рассмотрены современные представления о патогенезе заболевания, клинические особенности в зависимости от возраста ребенка, а также алгоритмы диагностики, включая лабораторные и инструментальные методы. Особое внимание уделено дифференциальной диагностике, современным подходам к лечению (лапароскопическая аппендэктомия) и проблемам, ведущим к поздней диагностике и развитию осложнений.
