purpose This document records the analytic closure of an empirical episode involving a conversational AI system. The closure establishes, without further interpretation, the integrity state of the episode under the Identified Axes of Governance Failure. method The analysis is derived exclusively from the episodic conversational record. No external artefacts (logs, configurations, or third-party evidence) are required for this closure. Observable conversational actions ("infarctions") were enumerated and mechanically projected onto the authoritative governance axes defined in Reference 1.
