Abstract

Ushbu maqolada umumta'lim maktablarida o'quvchilarni kasb-hunarga yo'naltirish jarayonining pedagogik, psixologik va ijtimoiy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Kasb tanlash o'quvchi hayotidagi muhim bosqichlardan biri bo'lib, u shaxsning kelajakdagi ijtimoiy mavqeyi, mehnat faoliyati, iqtisodiy mustaqilligi va jamiyatda o'z o'rnini topishi bilan bevosita bog'liqdir. Maqolada o'quvchilarni kasb-hunarga yo'naltirishda maktab, oila, pedagog, psixolog va mehnat bozori o'rtasidagi hamkorlik masalalari yoritiladi. Shuningdek, o'quvchilarning qiziqishi, qobiliyati, individual xususiyatlari va zamonaviy kasblarga bo'lgan ehtiyojni hisobga olgan holda kasb tanlash madaniyatini shakllantirish yo'llari ko'rsatib beriladi.
