From Communities To Change

Abstract

This short introductory presentation about the FedOSC project with a focus on community engagement was delivered at the EDDI-SODHA Summer School. It presents the FedOSC training plan and learning community approach, including identified training needs, dissemination formats such as webinars, starter kits, and in-person events, and strategies for sustainable peer-to-peer support across the Belgian Federal Scientific Institutes. The session also included a group discussion on how to better reach the “silent crowd” of less-engaged researchers and staff members.
