This working hypothesis proposes the cosmic neutrino background (CνB) relic neutrino superfluid as an isotropic, weakly interacting, already-everywhere holographic medium for non-local information transfer and sovereign Psi. V1.3 updates include a new “Practical Interface for Coherent Remote Intention” section grounded in the recently characterised interstitial fluid network (interstitium) and its alignment with meridian pathways as a biological carrier for structured, negentropic “informed water.” It incorporates reference to the 2022 Radin et al. pilot exome study on psychic ability (TNRC18 intronic variation) and notes emerging genetic modulation research (Cognigenics). Version 1.0 & V1.2 core hypothesis, with two-layer HAOS/IIP discernment model, and CνB framework remain unchanged. The protocol optimises sovereign alignment with the neutral medium while minimising deconstructive imprinting. No simple, proven antidote currently exists for deliberate AAV-vector gene therapy once integrated.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
