Abstract

mazkur maqolada umumiy o‘rta ta’lim muassasalarida boshqaruv samaradorligini baholashning zamonaviy indikatorlari, ularning ta’lim menejmentidagi ahamiyati hamda strategik boshqaruv tizimidagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda KPI (Key Performance Indicators), data-driven management, evidence-based management va raqamli monitoring tizimlarining ta’lim muassasalari faoliyatini samarali tashkil etishdagi roli ilmiy asosda yoritilgan.
