Abstract

Mazkur tezisda xalqaro baholash dasturlari asosida umumiy o‘rta ta’lim muassasalari direktorlarining boshqaruv kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. PISA, TIMSS va PIRLS kabi xalqaro baholash dasturlarining ta’lim sifati monitoringidagi ahamiyati hamda ularning maktab boshqaruviga ta’siri ilmiy asoslangan.
