Abstract

Mazkur tezisda raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida umumta’lim maktab direktorlarining media kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishning tashkiliy-boshqaruv mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida maktab rahbarlarining media savodxonligi, axborot-kommunikatsion faoliyati va strategik kommunikatsiya ko‘nikmalarining ahamiyati ilmiy asoslangan.
