ISS ZERO documents the V1 architecture and pipeline of the Islah Nexus — a sovereign AI intelligence platform designed under the constitutional constraints of the Islah Constitutional Framework (ICF — STVU Ω∞, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20128830). The platform is built on eleven constitutional layers, each enforcing a distinct dimension of sovereign, ethical, and accessible AI operation. Three constitutional engines power the core: the Omnisingular Epistemic Integrity Operator (Layer 2, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19058520), the Conscious Equation (Layer 3, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18899845), and the PSY Unified Theory (Layer 7, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18928757).
