Erasmus+ 2028-2034 Higher Education Sector Recommendations

Erasmus+ 2028-2034 Higher Education Sector Recommendations

Abstract

This policy report outlines the European University Foundation’s recommendations for the future Erasmus+ programme (2028–2034). It highlights Erasmus+ as a highly successful EU initiative that has connected millions of Europeans through study mobility and international cooperation over nearly 40 years while arguing for a more ambitious, flexible, inclusive, and better-funded programme in the next funding period, based on the experiences of universities and practitioners involved in international education.
