Crovia Continuity Observatory — Snapshot 2026-W19

Abstract

This is a weekly cryptographically signed snapshot of the Crovia Continuity Observatory, an open infrastructure that observes AI vendor disclosures and the absence thereof. Snapshot week: 2026-W19. Observations recorded so far: 125,429. Unique targets monitored: 0. Each observation is signed (Ed25519), Merkle-anchored and OpenTimestamps-stamped. The deposited files include the silence index (median age of last meaningful disclosure per target), the home-pulse aggregate, the live observatory feed, the weekly leaderboard, and a ledger summary with the Merkle root.
