This article formalizes the Fractal Metascience Paradigm (FMP) as a unified scientific superstructure for adaptive knowledge systems operating beyond linear epistemologies. FMP conceptualizes knowledge as a living, recursive, and scale-invariant process governed by fractal self-similarity, co-constructive recursion, and quantum-inspired superposition of epistemic states. Implemented through the Terra Codex ecosystem, the paradigm integrates human cognition, artificial intelligence, cultural-linguistic diversity, and planetary-scale systems into a single epistemic architecture. The paper provides theoretical foundations, formal axioms, architectural embodiment, methodological implications, and empirical validation pathways, positioning FMP as a viable post-disciplinary paradigm for science, education, and AI-mediated knowledge production.
