Abstract

Slide pembentangan ini membincangkan isu keganasan, gangguan, dan trauma psikologi di tempat kerja khususnya dalam konteks hospital dan organisasi kesihatan. Topik merangkumi workplace violence, harassment, bullying, survival mode, trauma workplace, dan aplikasi pendekatan Internal Family Systems (IFS) dalam memahami reaksi emosi staf serta membina budaya kerja yang lebih selamat dan empatik. Pembentangan ini dibangunkan untuk tujuan latihan, kesedaran kesihatan mental, dan pembangunan organisasi.
