LoRO (Local Regulations Ontology) is an OWL ontology developed by the Municipality of Madrid as part of the MAIA (Madrid Artificial Intelligence) initiative. LoRO extends the European Legislation Identifier (ELI) to represent regulatory documents, legal authorities, organizational structures and administrative processes specific to local government, with particular focus on document types that fall outside ELI's native scope but are central to the operation of municipal administrations. This deposit contains version 1.0 of the ontology in four serializations (Turtle, RDF/XML, N-Triples, JSON-LD) plus the source OWL file, the WiDoCo HTML documentation in English and Spanish, the W3C PROV-O provenance page, and the standard supporting files (LICENSE, , README).
