Abstract

Я Ушбу мақолада “Ал-Фатово-л-оламгирия” асари асосида мерос муносабатларининг субъектлари илмий таҳлил қилинган. Тадқиқотда меросхўрлар эркак ва аёл тоифаларига ажратилиб, уларнинг ҳуқуқий мақоми фароиз илми нуқтаи назаридан ёритилган. Шунингдек, фарз эгалари ва асабалар ўртасидаги муносабатлар, асабаларнинг турлари ва мерос тақсимотидаги ўрни таҳлил қилинган.
