Includes a three-phase study architecture (retrospective cohort, prospective shadow mode, interventional pilot), Decision Curve Analysis as primary methodological endpoint, and a translational pathway addressing MDR and EU AI Act compliance. Released as prior-art ahead of clinical implementation.
