DATASET FOR Blob Detection for Photonic Metasurface Designing: Angular and Spectral Control of Scattered Light

Abstract

Dataset accompanying the study presented in "Blob Detection for Photonic Metasurface Designing: Angular and Spectral Control of Scattered Light" on metasurfaces with tailored angular and spectral scattering responses. The dataset contains: correlated-disordered point pattern design workflow based on Gaussian random fields and blob detection, binary images of the patterns used for fabrication and simulation, angular scattering measurements and radial profiles, spectral scattering simulations and Mie-scattering calculations, SEM and AFM characterization data, electromagnetic modal analysis outputs, Jupyter notebooks reproducing the analysis and figures. Data are organized by figure and supplementary section of the associated publication. A complete reference implementation of the design workflow is provided in FIG1_Overview.
