Magic has long been classified among what are known as the hidden sciences, historically associated with symbolic and ritualistic systems to which effects on physical reality and human behavior have been attributed, yet without a rigorously defined scientific framework capable of quantitative analysis. Despite the diversity of historical and cultural approaches to this concept, magic has largely remained outside the scope of standard physical models and is often interpreted within metaphysical or traditional contexts. This study proceeds from an alternative premise: that phenomena attributed to magic can be reformulated within a physical model grounded in the concepts of fields, resonance, and energy transfer, without departing from established fundamental laws. Rather than treating magic as an independent entity or an inherently unquantifiable force, it is redefined here as a pattern of complex interactions within open systems involving sources, media, resonant structures, and coupling channels with a target. This framework relies on a mathematical–physical characterization of the fundamental components of the process, including the spatial structure of the system, material properties, excitation sources, propagation mechanisms, as well as the concept of the “lock” as a relatively stable resonant state, and the “trace” as a coupling medium that governs the transfer of influence. Through this formulation, the study aims to construct a coherent theoretical model that enables the interpretation of magic-related phenomena within an analyzable and structured context, while maintaining consistency with the principles of classical physics
