53 Análisis del aprendizaje colaborativo empleando redes de aprendizaje organizacional en Instituciones de Educación Superior

Abstract

En este trabajo se propone la aplicación de la Perspectiva de Redes en el estudio del Proceso de Aprendizaje Colaborativo como estrategia para la mejora de la calidad educativa en Instituciones de Educación Superior, tomando como referencia las carreras del área económico administrativo en El Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores del Estado de México. Se propuso construir y analizar una red, en la cual los nodos representan a los Trabajadores académicos, docentes del área económico administrativas del tecnológico y los arcos simbolizan una relación de aprendizaje colaborativo. Se construye la red y se analiza su estructura utilizando el software PAJEK, diseñado por Vladimir & Mrvar (2016). El propósito general de esta investigación es probar las siguientes hipótesis: La estructura de la red podría aproximarse al modelo de red libre de escala bajo la regla de conexión preferencial, los factores de agregación en la red podrían ser: la experiencia de los docentes, la distancia en las aulas y horarios donde se imparten las clases, el género, relaciones de amistad y jerarquía académica social. En este primer acercamiento se recopilaron datos de colaboradores y docentes que imparten asignaturas del área económico administrativas, se construyó la red para realizar un análisis visual y se reporta el resultado del análisis exploratorio de la estructura de la red. Se concluye que a partir de redes de aprendizaje organizacional es posible observar la mejora del aprendizaje colaborativo, al conocer el comportamiento de los agentes es viable predecir e incentivar las conexiones para estimular el intercambio de conocimiento.
