
XIPline is an open-source, modular MATLAB application for comprehensive analysis of hyperpolarized 129Xe lung MRI, including calibration, ventilation, diffusion, and gas exchange imaging. It features automated lung masking using AI-based segmentation, along with tools for image preprocessing, quantification, and result export. With a user-friendly GUI and plug-and-play workflow architecture, XIPline supports flexible, reproducible pipelines for both research and clinical applications.
