ISLOM DINIDA OILA VA NIKOH MASALASI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Islom dinida oila va nikoh tushunchasining mazmuni, uning diniy, ijtimoiy va axloqiy ahamiyati ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Nikohning Qur’on va hadisdagi o‘rni, uning jamiyat barqarorligidagi roli, oila institutining shakllanishi hamda er-xotin o‘rtasidagi huquq va majburiyatlar yoritiladi. Shuningdek, zamonaviy jamiyatda nikoh va oilaga oid ayrim muammolar hamda ularning yechimlari haqida fikr yuritiladi. Maqola oliy ta’lim muassasalari talabalari uchun mo‘ljallangan bo‘lib, unda aniq dalillar va ilmiy yondashuv asosida xulosalar chiqarilgan.
