Real-world validation dataset for the Transducin open-source pipeline (github.com/oftalmos-org/transducin, Apache 2.0).

Abstract

Real-world validation dataset for the Transducin open-source pipeline (github.com/oftalmos-org/transducin, Apache 2.0). Contains one Optopol Revo FC130 .OPT macular scan (SOCT software v21.1.2, acquired 2026-02-26) from the corresponding author, provided under explicit consent for scientific reproducibility. The file demonstrates the complete Transducin pipeline: binary .OPT parsing, DICOM OphthalmicTomographyImageStorage generation, and TID 1500 Structured Report with SNOMED-CT coded measurements (CMT = 292.998 µm, ETDRS 9-sector grid, mRNFL, mGCIPL). PatientID and demographic tags have been removed from the derived DICOM outputs committed to the repository. The full DICOM output including all clinical measurements can be reproduced by running: python -m transducin.revo_opt_reader \ JAHJ19870831_macular_OD.opt -o output/ Related publication: Jaurrieta Hinojos JN, Palomares Ordoñez JL. Transducin: An Open-Source Python Pipeline for Parsing the Undocumented Optopol Revo FC130 .OPT Format and Generating DICOM Structured Reports. medRxiv (2026, submitted).
