
The article deals with the issues based on analyzing the processes of employment instability (precarization) in the economy, caused by the spread of unsecured and unprotected labor relations. The negative consequences of social and labor instability for the economically active population are described. It also investigates the scientific and theoretical essence of the concept of " employment instability " (precarious employment), its causes and consequences, as well as issues of its elimination.
