
This article examines the role of different leadership styles in driving environmental sustainability within the tourism and hospitality industry. Given the sector’s significant ecological footprint and rapid growth in regions such as Central Asia, particularly Uzbekistan, sustainable leadership has become essential for balancing economic development with environmental protection. The study focuses on four key leadership styles—transformational, servant, ethical, and humble leadership—and their contributions to fostering sustainable practices in tourism organizations.
