The study concluded that improved logistics practices in inventory management, transportation, and warehousing are crucial for enhancing procurement efficiency and operational effectiveness in Nigeria’s agricultural processing industry. Based on the findings, actionable recommendations include investing in advanced logistics systems, optimizing transportation routes, and improving warehouse operations were made.
