UCD v6.8 — Unified Compassion Doctrine: Definitive Specification with Agency Recovery, Versioned Biographical State, and Formal Sensitivity Analysis

Abstract

UCD v6.8 is the definitive independent specification of the Unified Compassion Doctrine for AI cognitive governance. This version resolves six structural deficiencies identified in post-publication review of v6.7: (1) Agency recovery mechanism via user uptake after challenge actions; (2) Versioned Biographical Data Base with negation detection; (3) Named policy thresholds with rule-volume sensitivity analysis across [0,1]³; (4) Lipschitz constraint enforced as runtime invariant, verified in 10,000 property-based tests; (5) Formal session management with hard timeout and claim persistence; (6) SV-001 admission protocol with N≥50 turn requirement and mandatory disclosure. The specification provides output-level traceability mechanisms relevant to EU AI Act Art.52 compliance. It does NOT implement user-facing disclosure; disclosure remains an operator responsibility. All numerical results are empirical. Tested on synthetic dialogues only. Not clinically validated. Scope: non-clinical cognitive risk. 39 unit tests, 10 property suites, 15 mutants killed. Mutation score: 100%.
